St Dominic Parish
Council consists of 10 elected Members, who are all local people, and
one part-time employee, the Parish Clerk.
St Dominic Parish Council manages and funds various activities within
the community including managing Lovell's Park recreation park, land for
local market gardens, providing play equipment, a bus shelter, lots of
benches and organising events for the community such as the popular Christmas
Council meets on the first Wednesday of each month (except January and
August) at 7.30pm in St Dominick Parish Hall. By law, meetings are open
to the public and people are encouraged come - everyone is welcome. At
the beginning of each meeting, there is a public question time where residents
can ask Members anything relating to their community.
The Parish Council now has its own website
with the aim to provide both residents of St Dominick parish and visitors
with useful Council info.
You'll find contact details for Councillors and the Parish Clerk plus
all meeting details such as agendas and minutes.
Lots of local info will be posted too such as parish events and links
to other useful organisations such as Cornwall Council.
It's a new website and the first one for St
